Greek Salad Skewers are light and bursting with Mediterranean flavour.
This is a minimal-effort appetiser that delivers 100% on taste.
So make like you are on a Greek island and serve a traditional Greek salad on a skewer.

Balsamic Glaze (we used Odysea find it here at Amazon)
1 pack Fresh Green Olives
1 pack Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 Block of Feta Cheese

PREP
Wash Out Pipettes
Hold a pipette under cold water and squeeze the bulb so that water is pulled into the bulb, then squeeze the bulb again so that the water is released.
Repeat for all pipettes.
STEP 1
Chop 16 cherry tomatoes in half
Chop 2 1 cm thick slices of cumber in 4 quarters
Chop the Feta Cheese into 8 small cubes
STEP 2
Get a skewer add ingredients in the following order:
1.One green olive to the top
2. One cherry tomato half
3. One cucumber quarter
4. Lastly, gently push the end of the skewer into a cube of Feta Cheese (be careful not to push to hard otherwise the cube will fall apart)
STEP 3
Squeeze some Balsamic Glaze into a small bowl.
Get a pipette and squeeze the bulb before inserting the end into the Balsamic Glaze.
Release the bulb and the glaze should be pulled up into the bulb.
Repeat this step for all pipettes.
STEP 4
Take the pipettes and push one into each olive.
Tip – If the olives skins are hard, use the tip of a sharp knife to make a small incision so that the pipette can be pushed in.
