Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark

Frozen Greek Yoghurt Bark is a refreshing way to pimp up run-of-the-mill yoghurt.

This recipe is topped with sweet strawberries, blueberries and a homemade granola recipe that the whole family will love.

What you will need

Greek Yogurt in a wooden bowl
GREEK YOGHURT
Granola isolated on white background
GRANOLA (UZ recipe)
Strawberries isolated on white background
STRAWBERRIES
Blueberries isolated on white background
BLUEBERRIES
Honey in glass jar
HONEY (optional)

HOW TO MAKE FROZEN GREEK YOGHURT BARK

Ingredients & Equipment:

1000g Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
Strawberries*
Blueberries*
Honey (to drizzle, optional)

*Choose how much fruit you want to add to the bark

EQUIPMENT

Baking Tray
Baking Paper
Spatula

Prep Time: 10 Mins
Cook / Freeze Time: 2 -3 hours
Servings: 10

Steps:

STEP 1
Cover a baking tray with baking paper so that the surface is completely covered.

STEP 2
Spread the greek yoghurt evenly across the paper.

STEP 3
Cut the strawberries into slices.

Add the slices on top of the greek yoghurt along with blueberries.

STEP 4
In between the areas that do not have strawberries and blueberries, add a sprinkling of granola.

STEP 5
Place the tray into the freezer for two to three hours.

Remove from the freezer and slice or break into sections.

STEP 6
How to serve

Fill a large bowl or dish with ice then place the bark sections on top.

Serve with a side of honey to drizzle (optional)

Notes:

Frozen Yoghurt Bark will last for around 1 – 2 months.
