Frozen Greek Yoghurt Bark is a refreshing way to pimp up run-of-the-mill yoghurt.
This recipe is topped with sweet strawberries, blueberries and a homemade granola recipe that the whole family will love.
1000g Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
Strawberries*
Blueberries*
Honey (to drizzle, optional)
*Choose how much fruit you want to add to the bark
EQUIPMENT
Prep Time: 10 Mins
Cook / Freeze Time: 2 -3 hours
Servings: 10
STEP 1
Cover a baking tray with baking paper so the surface is completely covered.
STEP 2
Spread the Greek yoghurt evenly across the paper.
STEP 3
Cut the strawberries into slices.
Add the slices on top of the Greek yoghurt along with blueberries.
STEP 4
Add a sprinkling of granola between the areas that do not have strawberries and blueberries.
STEP 5
Place the tray into the freezer for two to three hours.
Remove from the freezer and slice or break into sections.
STEP 6
How to serve
Fill a large bowl or dish with ice, and then place the bark sections on top.
Serve with a side of honey to drizzle (optional)

Frozen Yoghurt Bark will last for around 1 – 2 months.
