LET’S MAKE IT

INGREDIENTS

1 Pack Cheerios
1 Bar of Belgian White Chocolate
1 Pack of Gigantic Milk Chocolate Buttons
1 Pack of Milk Chocolate Chips

Yield: 8 pops

EQUIPMENT

Cake Pop Sticks
Parchment Paper

STEP 1

Place a large piece of parchment paper on a tray.

STEP 2

Cut in half 8 chocolate chips for the ears and set aside until later.

STEP 2

Take a handful of cheerios and place them on the parchment paper.

Spread them out so they form a flat circle and make sure they are touching.

For a good sized pop make the circles approx 10cm in diameter.

Repeat this step for as many pops that your require or for as many that can fit on the paper.

STEP 3

Push a pop stick into the bottom of each circle. If the cheerios move push them back into place to keep the circle shape.

STEP 4

Break up the Belgian White Chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl.

Place the heatproof bowl into a half pot of boiled water and stir until melted, or altenatively microwave.

TIP – If you are melting the chocolate on a hob then do not continue to boil the water as the chocolate will burn.

STEP 5

Once the chocolate has melted, use a tablespoon to spoon the white chocolate in a circular motion over the cheerios and pop stick until completely covered.

STEP 6

Add a gigantic button towards the lower half of the circle for the sheep’s face and place the halved chocolate chip ears to either side of the large button.

FINAL STEP

Place two small dots of white chocolate on to the gigantic button then place the eyes on top.

Repeat this step for the rest of the pops.

Then leave the pops to harden at room temperature or place in a refridgerator for quicker results.
