The Mai Tai is probably the best-known of all the Tiki cocktail recipes. It wonderfully combines the flavours of rum, triple sec, almond syrup, and pineapple, giving it a beautiful tropical taste.
We all know that you cannot beat a classic version of a cocktail, but this one is a close, must-try second. Instead of almond syrup, we used grenadine to give the cocktail a sunset-like appearance, which will undoubtedly have people limboing to the bar for another.
