The Sidecar cocktail was first created in the 1920s but became popular again in the 60s.
This simple cocktail has just three ingredients, Cognac, Orange Liquer, and Lemon Juice. The result is a drink which is smooth, not overly sour and has a beautiful orange hue.
It’s definitely a go-to drink for cognac lovers.
