The Mimosa! The must-have option at any brunch. It is also a great addition to festive gatherings, and picnics.
Made with orange juice, its refreshing, light and if you like your orange juice freshly squeezed then it can be made extra zesty.
The bubbles in a mimosa traditionally come from champagne but dry sparkling wine or prosecco can also be used.
If you have never tried a Mimosa, I’m sure you will agree when you do that it is sunshine in a glass.
SERVINGS: 1
PREP TIME: 2 mins
STRENGTH: Light

Pour 90ml champagne (or equivalent) into the champagne flute.
Pour 90ml of orange juice on top of the champagne.
Garnish with an orange wheel and enjoy!
Not everyone is a fan of pulp. So if you are squeezing your own orange juice make sure to use a strainer before adding liquid to the glass.
Add 15ml Grand Marnier to make a Grand Mimosa.
Add a non-alcoholic sparkling wine in place of the champagne.
My favourite is Noughty, check it out here
