The Nightmare Before Christmas would not be the film that Disney fans know and love without the villain who is a sack full of worms and goes by the name Oogie Boogie.
In one of the scenes from the movie Oogie Boogie is in his lair where he turns a bright neon green colour, so the colour green is perfect for an Oogie Boogie inspired drink.
This apple flavoured mocktail is tasty and super easy to make and will have guests quoting Oogie Boogie, “Mmmm, my, my…….”
What you will need
PREPARING THE PUNCH BOWL
LET’S MAKE IT
SERVINGS: 20
PREP TIME: 2 mins
STRENGTH: Non-alcoholic
COLOUR: Green
STEP 1
Quarter-fill the punch bowl with ice.
STEP 2
Add:
400ml Monin Green Apple Syrup
Fill the rest of the bowl with Lemonade
Juice of 2 Lemons
Juice of 2 Limes
Add a few lemon wheels, cherries and of course Oogie Boogie’s signature worms, but make them sweet jelly ones.
Then stir.
STEP 3
Before adding the mix into glasses add some ice to keep the drink cool.
Enjoy!
TOP TIP
Use large ice cubes in a punch bowl so the mix does not dilute quickly.
