Imagine this. You are sitting on a white sandy beach, the sun is shining, the water lapping the shore is crystal blue, and the only thing that would make this moment complete is a fruity, ice-cold cocktail.
Behold, the Blue Lagoon Cocktail.
What you will need
LET’S MAKE IT
SERVINGS: 1
PREP TIME: 5 mins
STRENGTH: Medium
COLOUR: Blue
STEP 1
Fill the ice shaker with ice.
STEP 2
Add to the shaker:
30ml Vodka
30ml Blue Curacao
200ml Lemonade (still)
Then shake vigorously.
STEP 3
Take your glass and fill it with crushed ice then strain the shaker mix into the glass.
STEP 4
Garnish with cherry and lemon wheel and enjoy!
TOP TIPS
Do not be tempted to use fizzy lemonade, otherwise you will have a cocktail explosion!
MAKE IT NON-ALCOHOLIC
Try Arkay non alcoholic vodka and Monin Blue Curacao Syrup.
