What can be said about the Birthday Cake Martini?
It’s a stroke of genius! It’s sweet, fun and also strong enough to be taken seriously.
I served this at birthday gathering a few years ago and it was a such a hit.
Believe me when I say if there was a choice between a slice of cake or one of these delights, the cake is firmly ranked #2.
So if cake and booze is right up your street, why not have both in a glass.

Add a generous amount of sprinkles to a small plate and set aside.
Take your martini glass and cover the entire rim of the glass in frosting.
Return to the plate with sprinkles and turn your martini glass upside-down on the plate and rotate the rim until completely covered in sprinkles.
Then set the glass aside.
Take your shaker and fill with ice.
Add:
30ml Cake Vodka
30ml White Chocolate Liquer
30ml Half and Half (Whole Milk & Light Cream)
Shake vigorously until combined.
Strain the mix into your martini glass and enjoy!
If you are making Birthday Cake Martinis for a large group of guests:
Remember – Glasses should only be frozen if they are freezer-safe.
